Nearly 20 years practicing law, with the bulk of that career devoted to Oregon family law โ divorce, custody, and parenting matters โ at Goldberg Jones in Portland.
Brad grew up in Oregon and is proud to raise his family here in the Portland metro area. He earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, graduating Order of the Coif, and has spent more than 20 years practicing law โ 17 of them devoted to Oregon family law.
He has represented mothers, fathers, grandparents, and children across contested custody cases, divorce proceedings, and parenting plan disputes, and has taken on pro bono work representing children directly in family law matters.
When he's not in the office or in court, you'll find him coaching his kids' soccer and basketball teams, playing kickball with the Oregon Kickball Club, or walking his rescue dog Buster around the neighborhood.
Advocating for mothers navigating custody disputes, divorce proceedings, parenting plan modifications, and protective orders.
Helping fathers establish paternity, secure parenting time, and stay meaningfully involved in their children's lives.
Guiding families through grandparent visitation and custody rights, recognizing the role extended family plays in a child's life.
Representing children directly, so young people caught in family court proceedings have an advocate focused on their best interests.
Brad is knowledgeable of the law and demonstrated a strong litigation ability. He is well prepared, tactful, and articulate.
Brad understood the dynamics of my situation immediately, got us on the right track, and demonstrated genuine care throughout the process.
